Cowra is a peaceful country town in central NSW with a population of 10,000. This new Transformations location can accommodate up to 10 men and will look to establish a women’s house in the future. When we met local pastors Michael and Annette from Cowra we knew we were onto something special and that they would be a great fit for Transformations.
Michael has over 10 years experience working in the AOD sector including 5 years working in residential AOD programs and 3 years with NSW Health and the Salvation Army as an AOD counsellor. He holds degrees in both Theology and Social Science and Welfare as well as a Graduate Diploma in Counselling. Michael is passionate about recovery and seeing the Transformations Program flourish in NSW along with his lovely wife Annette who also has many years of experience and qualifications in social and community work.
