After 10 years of success on the Gold Coast Transformations Program Australia launched its program in Hervey Bay in 2011. It was the first of its kind on the Fraser Coast and has since been a huge asset to the community with many lives freed from addiction.

Transformations residents rid Gold Coast of graffiti in 2002 to give back to the local community. Transformations has a long history of providing the much needed drug rehabilitation program to those looking for recovery.
